If you are slightly capable, manager tends to discuss issues with you to listen to your opinions.
However, others wonder why manger always look for you.
They labelled you as boot licker.
But the actual fact is that you work 10 times harder than them.
They complain about the situation but you work hard to gain recognition.
They didn't see your hard work, the boss did.
Just endure the gossips & everything will be fine.
