I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago & went today.
Totally disappointed & glad that I didn't sign any package.
Firstly, the place was not easy to find for me.
I called them for direction & due to some communication breakdown I was late for around 20 minutes.
They told me since I was late, everything need to rush...
Throughout the session, I think I had apologized around 4 to 5 times for being late.
Definitely not a good start.
They didn't even appreciate me for searching & rushing over in the rain at all :(
All I felt was they were blaming me for jeopardizing their schedules.
I heard other customers cancelled their appointment.
I didn't cancel..yet not appreciated.
Anyway, I was disappointed when the therapist told me my skin condition is not suitable for Diamond peel.
This is one of the reasons I went but not fulfill.
The therapist was ok & I kinda like the way she explained the steps & things used on my face.
After the facial was the massage.
Rush again.
They never asked me which massage I want. :(
I think they just gave me the cheaper one which is just the body massage as the duration was only 45mins.
I have never experience such a painful massage in my life before.
Throughout the session my eyes were wide open from the pain.
Yes I know I was stupid for not voicing out to her but at that moment I really thought maybe painful is more effective?
I was totally wrong...my body is aching now :(
Lastly came the hard selling part.
The lady was telling me all the bad things about my skin & sounded as if I have the worst skin on earth & she's trying to save me from being the last.
If I'm the last, she'll be 2nd last...her skin was so terrible as well!
Scars & lines all over her face...
Pot calling the kettle black! Not convincing at all ~
When I told her I have no budget to buy any package now..she thoughts of all the possible ways!
3, 6 or 10 sessions...pay in either 12, 24 or 36 months interest free, she emphasized.
In the end each session still cost SGD180!!
I rejected strongly & her attitude changed totally!
Her face was blacker than the charcoal!
When paying, she asked her staff to get me the bag & she wrote Black Lizzy bag on the receipt.
However, when I was on the bus, I saw my bag was actually brown.
Is that staff colour blind?
I was so diappointed because I wanted the black one.
I know I was stupid for not checking but I just wanna get out ASAP & they packed it in a bag making me difficult to check on the spot.
Lastly, I waited a while for the dress which they never even mention.
So, I asked & they told me no more stock.
They even didn't bother to inform me at all!!!
I read back the 4 items in that voucher...SIGH ~~
DISAPPOINTING!
I'm really glad I didn't sign any package if I'm getting that level of service.
No wonder tourists are complaining about Singapore's service standard.
Me as a Singaporean can feel the low standard too!
I rather spend the money at Batam's spa & be treated & served like a queen!
